Because many SPADED HEARTS products are made to order, all sales are generally final.
We do not provide returns or exchanges because a customer ordered the wrong size or color, changed their mind, or decided they no longer wanted the product.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund after review.

Purchasing a SPADED HEARTS product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to the purchaser.
