Because our apparel and merchandise are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong size
Choosing the wrong color
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Preference regarding fit or style
Please carefully review the product description and size chart before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We want you to receive your order exactly as it should be. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Please do not return an item unless you have been instructed to do so.
